Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before your order ships.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total.

Standard shipping: $7.95

Free shipping: Orders of $75 or more
Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery timelines vary based on the carrier and your location.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
(Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.)
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Feel free to follow your package all the way to your doorstep!
Missing or Delivered-But-Not-Received Packages
All shipments include tracking. Most orders ship via USPS, but UPS or FedEx may be used when appropriate.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

Verify the shipping address on your order

Contact the carrier directly — they can often see exactly where the package was placed

Submit a Missing Mail / Missing Package request if advised by the carrier
Most missing packages appear within 24–72 hours.
If the package still doesn’t turn up, please email us at: info@thewoodworkersdaughter.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
We may offer a one-time replacement or a discounted replacement, depending on the product and availability.
Refunds are not issued for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
