Welcome to The Woodworker’s Daughter! By accessing or using our website (thewoodworkersdaughter.com) or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We may modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change at any time.
3. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Once an order leaves our hands, delivery timelines may be affected by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers.
4.1 Missing or Lost Packages
All orders are shipped with tracking through the carrier selected at checkout or the carrier chosen by The Woodworker’s Daughter (most commonly USPS, but occasionally UPS or FedEx).
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers are required to:

Check with household members and neighbors

Verify the delivery address on the order

Contact the carrier directly to ask where the package was placed

Submit a Missing Mail or Missing Package claim if recommended by the carrier
We are not able to issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
As a courtesy, The Woodworker’s Daughter may offer a one-time replacement or a discounted replacement when feasible. Replacement options are offered at our discretion and may vary based on product availability.
Customers must notify us of a missing package within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thewoodworkersdaughter.com so we can assist you.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including images, text, designs, and product descriptions—is the property of The Woodworker’s Daughter and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
